• Try printing a test page through windows, this is mostly black. If it prints in black, then it is probably the print settings in your application or main printer settings.

• I had the same issue with mine but the color cartridge. The one that comes with the printer was faulty. Replaced with a refill and worked perfectly. Worth trying.
