HP does have an on-line HP ENVY 5530 manual in PDF format that can be reviewed on-line or downloaded. I downloaded a copy to my desktop where it is always handy. HP does provide telephone and on-line support and they are very helpful. I believe the telephone support is valid for one year from the purchase date and you can purchase a three year extended warranty at a reasonable price.

I was told when the rep would be there and I visited the store on that day . The rep was very helpful. You should consider stopping in and asking for a lesson it's so much easier than trying to figure it out via text on the Internet.
