I think it is the standard 1 year. I also paid $15 for the extended 2 year replacement plan simply because it is a refurbished unit. I don't normally buy anything extra and rely on the standard manufacturers warranty, but decided to be safe this time because I did not know why it was returned nor what (if any) faults it may have had. The refurbished price with the 2 year plan still was way below the new price so I took the chance and have had absolutely no issues with performance or quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The balance of the previous owner's warranty. For example, if it had the original 1 year warranty and was used 4 months, you would have 8 months left.on the manufacturer's warranty. You never know how long it was originally used until you have a problem with it as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.warranties are just another add on cost. I believe it's a ploy to get you locked into their product. They quit making a bad product so you can't get a TRUE replacement but can UPGRADE to another bad or poorly refurbished product every year. Good luck with the product you bought. Hope it is better than my original and the refurbished one. HP actually does the refurbishing (but it appears their heart isn't really in it as the refurbishing has only given me a new set of unfinished "fixing it". HP use to be the best but....? I hear Brother is now the better product. Just pick one the meets your needs from the actual manufacturer not a store.
