• A:Answer Thank you for the question. Not all models of the ProDesk 600 G4 were equipped with Wi-Fi, and we can't confirm if this refurbished unit has it without knowing the product number. Please reach out to Best Buy for assistance. Note that if it does not have Wi-Fi, you can purchase a USB adapter, or add an internal wireless card to the additional M.2 slot.

Q: QuestionHello, What version of USB are the ports? For example, version 3.0 is a newer version of USB. Designations of "USB-A" versus "USB-C" (which I see this machine has one) just describe the plug shape, not version. Thank you!

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for asking. The HP ProDesk 600 G4 refurbished SFF desktop PC has the following USB ports. Front: one USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port, two USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 ports, and two USB 2.0 ports. Rear: Below the RJ-45 are two USB-A 2.0 ports for keyboard and mouse, then to the right are two USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports on top of two USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 ports below them.

• A:Answer Thanks for your question. The best option would be to get a wireless USB adapter. They plug into one of the USB ports on the computer and will add a WiFi connection.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question on this HP ProDesk! Since this is not documented to be equipped with Wi-fi, you can purchase an adapter for this right in Best Buy, which has a large selection of them. They will connect into an existing USB port and any of them will work with this.
