Question4k output is limited to 30hz with the HDMI port. Any reason why I can't use it at 60hz? My monitor supports 4k at 60hz by the way.

- Answer The Pre-Black Friday preview was only Friday November 10 and Saturday November 11 until 11:59 PM. It is listen in Best Buy's BF ad so it'll be available then too!

- Answer This PC can output either HDMI or VGA. You could connect this PC to your old monitor directly via the D-Sub (VGA) connection or via a HDMI to DVI adapter cable.

- Answer Get a Samsung evo M.2 SSD, use that as the primary and the factory installed one as a slave for multimedia storage.

- Answer The card is too tall. Will need a low profile card with both a standard profile bracket as well as a low profile bracket.

QuestionI bought on Saturday. Only came with small pamphlet that explained nearly nothing and referred to HP Support Documentation that is not much better. Any better documentation with pictures. No labels on function keys. Very poor documentation.

QuestionDoes this have room to add an SSD drive as well? Is the operating system able to be saved and moved to that SSD if it could be added or would I need to repurchase Windows.

- Answer The motherboard on this PC only has two SATA ports. They are populated by the original HDD and the CDROM Drive. I think the CDROM Drive uses a special power connector so the only real option for a SATA SSD would be to replace the included HDD. This motherboard does include a M.2 SSD slot however. You'll pay more but you'll be able to keep the original HDD. Not all m.2 drives are created equal however. I would call HP Support to see if they have a list of supported m.2 drives for this PC. Once you've got one installed you can image the original drive over or just install Windows 10 fresh from installation media. This can be bought or you can create your own using a thumb drive. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15088/windows-create-installation-media to learn more.
