“Has anyone experienced lots of noise and heat while multitasking on this computer.I am having this issue”

• I did not experience any heating issue. However make sure you are not using the computer when the surface is on the bed or when it is held over a blanket. Make sure the vent is open and the fans can pass air. Plus use compressed air to get rid of any lint in the cooling fan vents

• Just got this laptop. It's quite loud even when I'm only browsing the internet with 2 tabs open. I'm super confused. Do I have a malfunctioned product?!
