You should not have any problems doing this. The power supply clearly states that it can handle all the way up to 240v and convert it to what the computer needs. All you should have to do is get the plug adaptor.

Please try again later.The power supply for this laptop is an auto-switching 110v-240v 50-60hz power brick, you shouldn't have any issues using an adapter to switch the US plug to your native one. In addition, the power cord itself is separate, HP may sell a cord to attach to that power brick native to your country.
