Yes it would. If you have the spectre why not just connect with bluetooth like I do? Go to devices, turn on bluetooth, use the button on the back of the mouse to select bluetooth, hold the button down on the back of the mouse until the light at the top flashes yellow and white.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work through a USB Hub. However, if you have an HP Spectre x360 like I have, it has bluetooth built into it so you do not even need to use the USB unifier to connect it the mouse to it. You would simply switch the mouse to bluetooth mode on the bottom of it, then add a bluetooth device in your Windows 10 settings on your laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it should. However, I use it via Bluetooth, which doesn’t need a USB port.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does that is what I use to plug multiple USB devices to the computer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually don’t even use the USB option. I have it connected to my Spectre through Bluetooth. I don’t see why a USB hub wouldn’t work, but I’ve never tried it
