Does this come with HP pen and leather sleeve? null

I just bought this Friday and yes it does come with the leather sleeve and Hp Tilt Pen with battery included for the pen.

To be clear, it is an active pen, but not the more expensive "tilt" pen.

When I was in a store on 12/15/18, I was told that the HP Pen is *not* included. Showed them this Q&A. They looked it up and said "nope, not included". It is frustrating that 3 of the 4 product pictures show an apparently not-included pen. That said, the website description does not mention the pen at all, either included or not included.

It comes with a pen but not a leather sleeve.
