You can reach out to Best Buy support (800)Best-Buy for clarification since it is sold by them. Typically refurbished models only have a 90 day warranty. Also, from the time the computer is first turned on the manufacturers warranty is registered and activated so it could not come with a full one year warranty since is is sold as refurbished. However I would reach out to the Best Buy support line to find out if they have any special relationship that allows their refurbished models to have a full warranty.
