A: You can reach out to Best Buy support (800)Best-Buy for clarification since it is sold by them. Typically refurbished models only have a 90 day warranty. Also, from the time the computer is first turned on the manufacturers warranty is registered and activated so it could not come with a full one year warranty since is is sold as refurbished. However I would reach out to the Best Buy support line to find out if they have any special relationship that allows their refurbished models to have a full warranty.
A: This model does not include the pen and since each one would be unique in its refurbishment, I cannot be sure of its condition. It should be Like new.
A: You could take advantage of the Geek Squad black tie protection available on this model. The warranty included with refurbished models is only 90 days.

Typically models will be refurbished because they were a lease or returned for various reasons and then sent back to the manufacturer and refurbished.
