Does this come with both Best Buy and HP warranty? null

No warranty is given by Best Buy besides the 15 day return period, however, HP does provide a limited 1 year warranty with this product simply meaning if something breaks that isn't caused by you they will fix it. Think if the battery doesn't hold up anymore, etc. HP does also sell more warranty options that last longer and that cover accidental damages such as you dropping it, etc.

Bestbuy return for 15, 30 or 45 days depending on if your a Rewards member. One year from HP.

Yes standard one year manufacturers warranty. You can purchase extended warranty if you want. Cost depends period you wish to purchase from memory it is $90. You can purchase Geek Squad tech support which is excellent value as you could include firewall software.
