It seems as if you posted this too long ago to have a chance but I will post the answer in case someone else reads this. If you purchase $1500 of items from best buy and have an account (you should make one-VERY IMPORTANT), you will automatically become a best buy elite member and have 30 days to return or exchange a product. This $1500 total must be purchased within a year to activate the best buy elite member status. Furthermore, purchasing $3500 of products from best buy (also marketplace items do not qualify towards this total), you will have 45 days to return or exchange a product. Remember to already have an account made with them so they have somewhere to record these purchases or any others will not count towards this total Hope this helps you on your future purchases from best buy.
