Unless you're gaming continuously, you should get all day battery life without issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although I have not used the laptop until the battery has drained, I can tell you that I have been on it for 7 and a half hours and their has been still a lot of life left.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP specs say 12.5 hours. My battery life varies depending upon usage and applications. It varies from 9 hours (internet surfing, watched 1 streaming movie from Netflix, and background music) to almost 14 hours (trans-Atlantic flight - watched 1 movie, solitaire, and listened to music over headphones with screen off (screen saver mode). Highly versatile, great machine so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, with the brightness at around 75-100% and on the "HP Recommended" power plan, with frequent but not constant use throughout the day, my battery lasts around 7 hours. Perhaps if you turned Battery Saver mode on and turned the brightness all the way down you could squeeze the advertised 12 hours out of the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.11-12 hours
