No it does not, but the screen rotates in a complete 360 degree motion to allow for tablet style use. The only downfall is that it leaves the keyboard and mouse exposed on the back when using it as a tablet. To counteract this the keys and trackpad are automatically disabled when the screen is rotated beyond a certain point to prevent accidental input. Additionally, Windows 10 detects that you are trying to use it as a tablet and it prompts you to move to "tablet mode" which makes everything a little more touch friendly. If you want it to be detachable look at the Spectre x2 or the Microsoft Surface
