This model # is indeed a HP refurbished # ( N5S10UA#ABA) for the actual model 13-4194dx. If you search this online you will see many third parties selling this (N5S10UA#ABA) as refurbished unit. I'm not sure why would BB post this model # for selling a brand new ones with lower price.
