No, the computer must have a fingerprint reader to use Windows Hello.

It does not have any integrated biometric devices such as fingerprint scanner or Intel RealSense 3D face recognition camera. You would have to purchase an external fingerprint scanner or RealSense camera to use Windows Hello.
