QuestionI purchased this computer 9/25/21 and want to know how will i go about getting windows 11 once it is available - how will i be alerted and how will they know i am entitled to free upgrade?

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. According to Microsoft, the Windows 11 upgrade rollout plan is still being finalized but is scheduled to begin late in 2021 and continue into 2022. Specific timing will vary by device. Once the upgrade rollout has started, you can check if it is ready for your device by going to Settings/Windows Updates. QuestionWhat color is this HP exactly? The pictures seem to show a golden color, is it gold? I ask because this may be just a light effect, but I would like to know if is brownish or gold.

QuestionDoes anyone know if you can use a standard USB C to USB A cable for data transfer using one of the Thunderbolt ports with this laptop? Got a TON of files to transfer from an old desktop onto this laptop and would like it to be done as fast as possible...

QuestionFrom what I see in the pictures there is a combo slot for a MicroSD or SIM card. Does the system have WWAN capability out of the box or is this something that is an optional feature?

QuestionThe specifications on BB website claim there are 3 USB ports TOTAL, two Thunderbolts and one 3.2 Type A! THERE IS ONLY ONE SINGLE PORT on the computer on the left side. Am I missing something?
