Yes. It has a sleeve and smart stylus. The stylus is great. Works well and has two buttons you can customize for actions. The magnetic side of laptop and stylus connect ok, but not strong enough to stay together if you pick up the laptop. The stylus just falls off. The sleeve is decent, but personally I am looking for a nicer carrying case. I will use the sleeve for protection within another case.
