• Yes you can upgrade the SSD to a bigger one. Although you may have to troubleshoot a bit to get it working. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06983517

• I am currently answering this question from this exact computer with a Samsung 980 Pro NVMe 1TB M.2 installed running Windows 11, so yes, the hard drive is upgradable. I took a snip and attached it for proof. I did this myself in about 15 minutes.

• Not by Best Buy. They tried for 4 days to upgrade mine and said it wasn't possible afterall. Best Buy doesn't sell Intel SSDs though. Maybe if you purchased the Intel SSD elsewhere and installed yourself? Not sure it would work, but I do know Best Buy cannot do it.

• You cant change the RAM its built in with the motherboard so whatever you buy that's all you get but you can always spend more and go for the 1tb or even bigger memories
