• Luis, Yes, it does. That is the way I use it. I need to use a mouse and avoid using the touch pad. I have a very large monitor connected by HDMI and use a port to input recordings while connected with a mouse. It works seamlessly. And it is very responsive and fast.

• Yes. The Type-C ports are charging/external monitor capable. There is also a full HDMI port on the left side of the laptop.
