“My HP Spectre bought last 2017 it has a 2.1 camera, why this one has only a .9 camera? I am expecting it has a better camera because it is 2021”

I did not realize the difference, but I can tell you the camera is horrible on the new HP Spectre. I, too, have an older HP Spectre (purchased in 2018) and its camera was wonderful. I guess you have explained why this new one is so bad. I bought a logitech external camera to use.
