Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had that problem. I think I would see the store techs about it, because it doesn't sound good. I would like to say that I am disappointed about a couple of things, partly because this laptop was so expensive. It only has one USB and it doesn't have an SD card slot for my camera card-it only has a micro. I don't know of any cameras that use a microcard. I had to buy an external to be able to view my SD card. It never occurred to me to check this, because I can't imagine why they would make this change. The laptop, however, is fast and has vibrant colors.
