• It works fine with my daughters iPhone XS Max and my 11 Pro. You have to download the HP app onto your phone and that’s how it connects.

• The HP Sprocket does work with iPhones. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try, if you have issues: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-sprocket-200-printer-series/21625473/model/21625472/document/c05937610 The key things to be sure are updated are the printer's firmware. updated HP Sprocket app and the updates on the iOS on your phone. The Sprocket connects to the mobile device through bluetooth.
