A: The HP Sprocket printers are not compatible with Instant Ink and they do not use ink, all they need is the special HP Sprocket ZINK paper.
Q: What size picture can I print?
A: The description says 2" X 3"
Q: How long does the photo image lasted? Since the photos are printed by thermal heat.
A: HP's tests show that the photos are behind glass and are not in direct sunlight, the photos should last about 40 years.
Q: how long does it take to charge?
A: A couple of hours, but I have used it while it was connected to a portable battery pack.
A: Hi! I had this same problem. There is a reset button where you insert the film! I tried that and leaving my sprocket charging. It started working shortly after.
Q: How do you charge it?..does a charger come with it?
A: Yes, it comes with a charger.
Q: Can I print documents also or only photos?
A: I'm sure you could print whatever you want as long as it's in your gallery but sometimes if the resolution isn't good enough the sprocket app will tell you and it won't let you print. Also, these prints are only 2x3 inches so any document you print is probably going to be unreadable.
