• The ink is within the paper and the heat of the printer will develop the appropriate colors

• There is no ink for this printer. Your need 'HP - ZINK® Glossy Photo 2" x 3" specialty paper for the HP-Sprocket printer. The HP-Sprocket will NOT work without the specialty paper.

• The ink is in the photo paper. So you replace it when you buy photo paper.
