- Answer Thank you for the question. The HP Stream 11-ak0053dx laptop has Windows 11 in S Mode. This is a secure mode, and software downloads can only be obtained from the Microsoft Store. If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not have a version compatible with S Mode, you can convert the system out of S mode (a simple, quick, and non-reversible conversion). Alternatively, you can use the PDF viewer built into Microsoft Edge.

- Answer Hi there. Thank you for your question! This HP Stream laptop does not feature a full-size SD card reader, but it does come with a microSD card reader built-in. If you needed to transfer data from a full-size SD card, you would need to purchase a USB SD card reader that can be plugged in via one of the USB ports.

- Answer Thank you for your question regarding the HP Stream 11.6" 11-ak0053dx. The Stream is designed more for using online applications versus applications you would store on the device. Apps like Microsoft Office 365 have access to online versions that allow you to store data on cloud storage. This is a better unit if you have consistent access to the internet and just want something extremely light and portable to move around with.

- Answer Hello and thank you for asking. According to Citrix, the HP 11-ak0053dx laptop meets the minimum hardware requirements and can run Citrix Workspace. However, because it has Windows 11 in S mode, you must download the Citrix Workspace app from the Microsoft Windows Store. You cannot download it from Citrix. How well it runs Citrix would depend on your internet connection speed.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The Stream laptop is compatible with a gaming keyboard and external mouse. However, it doesn't have the dedictaed graphics card required by STEAM for maximum compatibility, so game play will be less than you might experience on a gaming laptop.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortunately, Proctor is not one of the available apps in the store.
