“Why is the screen so blurry? I have terrible eye strain trying to read the text on this computer. It is horrible and I would like to return it but have had the computer for about two months. Can I return it for a better computer?”

In display settings preferences you can adjust your screen and font sizes so you can see, easier on the eyes. If you need help someone at Best Buy can certainly help make this simple adjustment.
