• First off, you don't have a hard drive, you have a solid-state drive, or flash storage. You can increase the storage by picking up an SD card, but aside from that, not much can be done by way of storage. This is true for most laptops.

• I called the HP helpline for the same issue and you cannot upgrade the memory. It maxes out at 2GB

• This HP PC only supports the 32GB Flash Storage, you could attach an external hard drive for more storage.
