Hello, The HP Stream 13.3 is a great laptop! It comes with the touchscreen feature and also is great for streaming movies, and browsing on Facebook. You will have the option to upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10 for free. You can also use a wireless mouse or a USB mouse, both will work just fine.
