• A:Answer Mine is super slow so trying to do anything from searching the internet to opening a program. It lags when trying to do video conferencing, I ended up having to call back to my conference using my iPad. Not sure if mine is defective or if this is an issue in all.

• A:Answer It does not have a touchscreen. the processor is made by AMD, not Intel, and the computer doesn't have a CD/DVD drive, although you can use an external drive with it.

• A:Answer There may be some games on Steam that this laptop can handle, but most will not be downloadable on this laptop. Keep in mind that any games over about 10 GB in size cannot be downloaded. Also, this laptop does not have the graphics, processing capability or storage that many Steam games will require.
