“Can this monitor be used with a laptop and ps4 and also does it work with a wired or wireless keyboard and mouse cause if you can’t how are we supposed to use the monitor and how do you get on the internet cause I want to play games”

This is just a monitor only. It will work with a desktop tower, a laptop and also a PS4. Monitors cannot connect directly to a keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse would need to be connected to the computer or PS4.
