- Answer DDR4 So-DIMM would work. With the AMD processor and/or GPU variant you have a max of 32GB of RAM strictly. With the Nvidia and/or Intel model you have a max of 32GB but if you install more it will raise that limit up to 64GB.

- Answer No, you will need an external one. Most modern gaming laptops and traditional laptops don't come with a built in CD drive anymore, since streaming and cloud services exist, they have dropped the use of CD drives in most laptops post 2017 almost entirely at this point.

QuestionI understand the specs look good on paper. I bought an HP that was real slow. Took forever to boot up. How fast is this laptop when booting up or working in programs as far as response times?

- Answer Boot times can vary depending on the type of programs you have active on startup and what you are trying to run. The heavier the system requirements, the longer it will take for a program to start. The higher the specs in comparison to the system requirements, the faster the computer will run. If you are running software on settings that would require you to overclock in order to run it, then you may notice lag and higher delay in responses, but the unit itself has a low response time that would not be noticeable.

QuestionWhen it comes to creative work like Clip Studio and Photoshop how accurate are the colors on the display for this model? I have a Lenovo laptop I bought as an upgrade from my old one, but there is blue tint to it even after trying other color profiles.

- Answer The rating is 45% sRGB to my knowledge which means the colors are a bit washed out and it's not good for Photoshop, however video and photo editing is fine if you're okay with washed out colors.
