Thank you for the question. It's not ideal, but you can do that if most of the specs are the same (DIMM, DDR5, 4800MHz). Most gamers believe that matching RAM alleviates the potential for system issues.

I suggest you research this yourself, or buy one and take your chances. For myself, I would suggest that there is no substantial difference.
