• Im not sure about the Dell Universal Dock, but this laptop doesnt support USB Type-C charging.

• This will work with any USB-C dock and can charge through the USB-C port while the laptop is in sleep mode. This comes with a 150W charger and USB-C supports up to a 100W charging current.
