“We are having a difficult time with this device. There are issues with lagging, (if he moves his arm in a game it doesn't respond instantly and there is a few second lag, sometimes it doesn't respond at all). The hand tracking is way off. Please help! tx”

• You may need more ram? Maybe the graphic settings are to high? Maybe bad connection to internet?
