We are having a difficult time with this device. There are issues with lagging, (if he moves his arm in a game it doesn't respond instantly and there is a few second lag, sometimes it doesn't respond at all). The hand tracking is way off. Please help! tx null

You may need more ram? Maybe the graphic settings are to high? Maybe bad connection to internet?
