Thank you for the question. The TGP of the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti is up to 80 watts. The RAM configuration is 2 x 8. We are not aware of a screen wobble issue, however, store models are subject to a lot of use by customers, sometimes resulting in damage to the unit. Aside from the Intel Core i7 12650H being a newer processor, it can offload background tasks to the efficiency cores (E cores) while not affecting the foreground (using performance, or P cores). The Intel Thread Director routes the tasks to the cores automatically.
