Different VR sets will have different requirements. I would look at the recommended specs of your VR headset and compare it to the installed components on this model.

Some of those specifications are 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 or above, dedicated graphics card, and 8GB RAM or greater. It seems that this model does meet the recommended requirement.
