“I was curious of how long the battery is supposed to last? because I hear reviews saying two hours or less. Also, could overcharging become a problem if I leave it on the charger to afk a game overnight?”

I think mine lasts about two hours, maybe one and a half when playing stuff like Destiny 2. I leave mine charging over night and it seems okay, though it will probably harm the battery over a long period of time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Suspect at least two hours, although haven't tested that long yet. The battery has internal circuits to prevent overcharging. I leave mine plugged into the power cord continuously on my desk. Don't run off battery for long periods. Have power my laptops this way for years and never a problem. Actually, running them completely dead and leaving them that way is more issue for the battery.
