• No contract, just pop in att sim. Will need to unlock from att if using T-Mobile.

• No contract need. I have AT&T service and needed a new phone. I bought this phone and had it hooked up to my service. No tricks or hang ups.

• No. The device is available via BestBuy at the discounted price because they need to make room for the newer models. It is not a trick and you will get the purchase the device (NEW) right at the Mobile counter.
