Q: QuestionThe only activity specific modes this watch tracks are walk, run, treadmill, bike, swim. Which one of those activities will need to be selected to track something like soccer, basketball, table tennis, or weight training?
Asked by Eugene.
- A:Answer Hi Eugene, the Fit is specific to the exercise modes it supports. However, outside of the modes you are still able to track your activity through out your day including when doing many of those physical activities. The Fit will monitor your calories burned, distance traveled as well as 24 hour hear monitoring. Also in general, you not sure which exercise mode to choose, selecting Running is always a good option, as you are able to select a bevy of running targets like fat burning or cardiopulmonary exercise to suit a diverse range of running needs. Q: QuestionHow can I adjust my stride length? It's calculating more than I actually walk. How does it calculate calories burned? Is it possible to re-arrange the order of the options in the watch? For example- so the heart rate shows up before the Workout option.
Asked by HeatherL.
- A:Answer The stride length is calculated by your height listed in the Huawei Health app. If your steps are off make sure your height is set correctly in that app.

Q: QuestionThe watch doesn't seem to show the correct calories burned. I work nights, from midnight to 7am it said I only burned 35 calories. Does it only track calories burned while moving? Any way to change that to show total calories burned throughout the day?
Asked by Tgal421.
- A:Answer Overall, the calorie calculation is related to your height, gender, weight, and age. Then, the calorie count is calculated based on your activity state and step count information as detected by the sensors on the wearable device. So, when everyone first gets their wearable device, they definitely need to enter accurate personal information, including gender, height, weight, and age. If not, the calculation will be affected and the calorie count will be incorrect. NOTE: The running rhythm when running on a treadmill is not quite the same as that when actually running. Step length is also different when running. This causes the distance calculation to be inaccurate and so the calorie count will also have some discrepancies. (NS)
