This does not track laps.

All these questions are answered if you go to the manufactures website. I don't think the watch should be worn-in the shower or a steam Room. This is also mentioned on the online tutorial from the watch manufacturer.The watch should keep track of your laps If you follow the sequence recommended by the manufacturer. I know it will measure heart beat and time not sure what else.
