The Huawei Fit cannot measure your blood pressure as the smartwatch does not support this function and cannot be used for medical purpose. • No it will not. It checks pulse. While some fitness trackers claim to measure BP, it is actually done with an algorithm. I do nt think they are accurate. The only good simple way I know to measure BP is with an arm cuff device (sphygmomanometer)
