As long as you have a nano SIM card, you should be fine. I transferred my SIM card from my HTC One M8 from Verizon to the Nexus 6P and the transition was smooth. I made sure to sync my contact list on my M8 with my Google account to avoid re-entering my contacts on the new phone and it saved me the hassle.

No, the Galaxy S4 uses a Micro SIM, and the Nexus 6P uses a nano sim. You will want to contact your carrier and procure a new SIM. [sv]

No. You will need a new SIM or get the SIM cut down Reason: S4 uses micro SIM and Nexus 6P uses nano. Just goto Verizon and they will give you a new SIM. Totally worth it Nexus 6P is amazing.
