• Yes, Google Nexus 6P has wifi calling. You will enjoy this more than MotoX.

• I've used this on Google Project Fi which does leverage T-Mobile as well and Wifi Calling works great.

• Hello Mariposa224, some cell phone providers do give their customers the ability to WiFi call. We do suggest using a third party WiFi calling app if your provider doesn't provide it. (ED)
