Q: QuestionDoes this phone come with a headset . Has anyone used like an apple headset or Samsung headset ..... Its a beeping noise for the person one calls when using these headsets. Any one else have this issue.

• A:Answer The 5X does not come with a headset, however we at Honor do offer several headsets designed specifically for Honor phones. When use headphones from other phone manufacturers, you will be able to use them for the headphone functionality, however depending on the manufacturer, it's microphone function may not work with our phone. • A:Answer I purchased the phone in store in the U.S. and it did not come with 220v adapter or with a converter. I was provided with a single 110v adapter in the packaging. I was able to insert by SIM and start using immediately.

• A:Answer The Moto X uses a nano sim card, the 5x can use nano AND micro sim cards. So the answer is yes. Also the answer from the Huawei peeps is WRONG. This phone IS totally compatible w/Cricket (it piggybacks on ATT's network ie. it is GSM, which the 5x supports). Hope this clarifies the matter.

• A:Answer Brand new and return period on phones is 14 days. They now started charging a $35 restocking fee that was started unannounced and not told at the time of sale. It says they MAY charge it but they sure tried at the local store. Weird when Amazon has no such thing.
