“How do I erase the messages on my phone? Also how to I move the apps to where I want them? Some have moved on their own and I cannot figure out how to put them back.”

Hello Shannon, We will be more than glad to assist you in this concern. To delete one or more conversations: >Please go to Messaging, touch and hold the conversation you want to delete. Select more conversations to delete and touch Delete. To delete one or more text messages from a conversation: >In Messaging, touch a conversation to display all the text messages in that conversation. Touch and hold the text message you want to delete, select more text messages to delete, and touch Delete. To move apps to the SD Card or internal memory, please try the following: Kindly go to Settings > Manage Apps > All, click in the application, if it is possible it will appear Move to SD card. (Whether the application can be installed and moved to a microSD card, it is determined by the application itself). On phones that have been shipped with EMUI 4.0 or later pre-installed, or that were later updated to EMUI 4.0, it is not possible to install apps on the MicroSD card due to security considerations. The same applies for moving apps from internal storage to the microSD card. We hope this information resolve all your doubts.
