The phone is unlocked and works with T-mobile. I personally have the combination. You payment is based on the line of service you have with your carrier. If you have a Pre-Paid SIM card, put that in and it will work just as much as a Post-Paid plan. The limitations are on your service plan, not the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will ;it won't work with companys like Sprint or Verizon because they are a CDMA network
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know it works on T-Mobile as I purchased the phone for my gf to use on my T-Mobile account. It should work on the other cellular providers as well since it is an unlocked model.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.T-Moble currently operates at the following frequencies for LTE: 1700/2100 MHz (Band 4, 66) 1900 MHz (Band 2) 700 MHz (Band 12) 600 MHz (Band 71) The phone only works on the following frequencies for LTE: LTE band 1(2100) LTD band 3(1800) LTR band 7(2600) LTE band 8(900) LTE band 38(2600) It will not work on T-Mobile at this time. AT&T does operate on LTE band 2 so if you’re in that coverage area, it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as the pre-paid company you pick allows you Bring Your Own Phone and not lock your SIM card to a specific device, then you should be able to simply swap the SIM card to the Huawei Honor 6x. If it doesn't work initially, the problem may be solved with a customer service call to your carrier where you would provide your cell number and IMEI of the phone so they can "sync" your card to the device.
