Can the phone be used with Consumer Cellular? null

I think no. Its unlocked, but GSM phone.

Consumer Cellular is AT&T network

This device is GSM unlocked meaning it will work on any GSM netowrk such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Cricket. This phone will NOT WORK on CDMA networks such as Verizon, Sprint, and BoostMobile. I am not sure what cellular network Consumer Cellular uses but if it GSM, this device will work!
