- Answer This phone is still on the shelves, CNET says it's one of the best low price phones on the market, I have bought 3, one for me and 2 for family members, this is one of the best phones I have ever had regardless of the price, I love everything about it, it's highly recommended.

- Answer based on my knowledge this phone doesn't have the LTE bands that sprint uses so this means this phone is not compatible with sprint

- Answer Yes, mine came with the cable and charging brick. However it didn't come in the original phone box, and neither did it come with the acrylic case it would usually come with. If this doesn't matter to you, I'd say get it. Don't regret mine.

- Answer Hi This phone Will work in Italy , but to get the LTE you need to buy the global version of the phone, not the USA version . In Italy service providers uses LTE bands 3,7,20.

- Answer the one I bought came with a charger but it is not the original it is a good brand it's actually made by Samsung (wall charger) and also came with a USB cable (not original) but works fine.

- Answer Hi If you buy the USA version of this phone it has LTE bands 2 and 4 . in Ecuador They use LTE bands 2 and 4 depending on the service provider.so you should get LTE service without any issues.

- Answer Usually the product might have had a problem and has to be refurbished by the manufacturer, mostly it's just setting it back to manufacturer defaults but from many studies most of the products did not have any problem, they were mostly store returns that can't be sold as new because the product was used by the buyer, so it's reset to manufacturer recommended settings. I have bought and tried many refurbished products and have never had a problem.
